A lightbox is a display surface illuminated by LEDs. It makes your brand visible in shop windows, stores, offices and event spaces.
Should I choose an indoor or outdoor model?
Choose an indoor model for enclosed spaces. For areas exposed to rain and sunlight, consider an outdoor model and confirm its protection rating during the quotation process.
How can I calculate the price for my dimensions?
Select the model, width, height, quantity, colour and printing. USD-based amounts are converted to TRY using the current selling exchange rate. Discounts, shipping and VAT are shown separately. The rate is checked every 15 minutes.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. You can attach a PDF, PNG, JPG or WebP file to your request. The limit is 15 MB. Print suitability is checked before production.
How long does delivery take?
Our delivery period is 7 business days. The start date and delivery details are confirmed in writing with your order.
How can I pay?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You can choose PayTR card payment or bank transfer when offered. Bank-transfer orders remain awaiting payment until the administrator verifies receipt. You can also request a quote without paying.

How can I find out about warranty and service?
Before ordering, ask our team to confirm the warranty scope and duration for your model in writing. Provide your request code when reporting a fault. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
