Delivery
Our delivery period is 7 business days. The start date is confirmed in writing together with order, dimension and artwork approval. Any shipping charge is shown separately in the calculator; the final amount appears in the order confirmation.
Withdrawal for standard goods
For consumer sales not covered by an exception, withdrawal without a reason is possible within 14 days of delivery. A clear withdrawal notice must be sent in writing or on a durable medium before the period expires. Notice may also be given before delivery.
Custom dimensions and personalised printing
The statutory withdrawal exception may apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or personal needs. Whether the product falls within this scope is explained before ordering. A blanket “no returns” rule is not applied to every product.
Defective, incomplete or damaged goods
Statutory rights relating to defective goods are preserved, including for custom production. Report the issue with your order code and photographs if available. A transport damage report assists review; the absence of a report does not automatically remove your rights.
Returns and refunds
After a withdrawal notice, the goods are returned within the statutory period. Return costs are not charged to the consumer when the designated return carrier is used. Refunds are made in accordance with the applicable statutory time limits and starting points, using the appropriate payment method.

Send change or cancellation requests as soon as possible before production begins. We provide a written response after considering the stage of personalised production and statutory rights.
