The buyer is the person whose identity and delivery details appear in the written order confirmation. This is a general draft agreement for consumer transactions, to be completed with order-specific information.
2. Formation of the order
Calculating a price or requesting a quote does not create an obligation to pay. The model, dimensions, quantity, printing, options, delivery, total TRY amount and payment terms are agreed in a separate quotation. Pre-contract information and an order-specific agreement are provided on a durable medium. Production is not confirmed until the required confirmations are received.
3. Price and payment
Catalogue parameters are based on USD. The TRY equivalent is calculated using the exchange rate shown with its check time. The confirmed quotation states the final price, VAT and delivery charges in TRY. Later exchange-rate changes do not automatically change the confirmed price. Additional services are expressly agreed separately.
4. Delivery and production
Delivery takes 7 business days. The start date, delivery address and carrier are recorded in the order confirmation. Artwork and dimensions are confirmed in writing. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected in the event of delay or inability to perform.
5. Withdrawal, returns and defects
Standard goods and products made to the buyer’s dimensions or design are assessed separately. Withdrawal rights, exceptions and notification methods are explained on the Cancellation, Returns and Delivery page. Custom production does not remove rights relating to defective goods.
6. Applications and disputes
You may submit a written request with your tracking code and explanation. Disputes are subject to the applicable consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts and mandatory mediation rules within the current jurisdiction and monetary thresholds.
